  • Regular complaint allotment to all field engineers
  • Daily team meeting and follow up on the complaints resolved by them
  • Co-ordination for the Installation with Partners/Salesperson or PMM/Engineer/Customer through Email/telephone.
  • Preparing AMC Paper for the customer renewal/new customer & doing coordination for same with Engineer & Customer on Email
  • Regular Checking Report of RMA (Repairing Material Inward /Outward and escalation of repairing material through Customer/Partner/O.E.M
  • Handling/Making Service Attended/Completed Call feedback report next day & Sending Monthly report to Organization with the Help of Anjali
  • Handling/Making Service Attended/Completed Call feedback report next day & Sending Monthly report to Organization
  • Maintaining material stock which helps in Installation like Screw,tape,drill machine & all so we cannot get hurdles while starting the installation.
  • Looking Direct Sales Customer from Quote/billing/dispatched/payment follow up
